1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of BayAudio Studio Rentals (“BayAudio”, “we”, “us”) websites and services. By accessing our site or booking a studio, you agree to these Terms.
2. Bookings and payment
- Quotes: We provide itemized quotes prior to confirming a booking.
- Payment: Payment is due as stated on your invoice. We may require a deposit for certain sessions.
- Overtime: Overtime is billed in 30‑minute increments at the prevailing hourly rate.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel more than 48 hours before your session at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours are billed at 50% of the booking. Cancellations within 24 hours are billed at 100% of the first hour or day minimum, whichever applies.
4. Studio rules
- No smoking or vaping in studios.
- Food and drinks must be kept away from consoles and microphones.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Respectfully use equipment; you are responsible for damage caused by negligence.
5. Files and backups
We provide dual‑path recording as a safeguard; however, you remain responsible for promptly downloading and verifying your delivered files. We keep backups for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
6. Remote guests and connectivity
We will advise on remote guest setup and provide a clean feed. Network conditions may vary; we aim for best‑effort stability and will offer practical workarounds when required.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use our services for unlawful content or activities that infringe intellectual property or privacy rights. We may suspend services for violations.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BayAudio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the affected booking.
9. Intellectual property
All BayAudio trademarks, logos, and materials remain our property. Your content remains yours; you grant us the right to process it solely to provide services.
10. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in services or law. We will indicate the effective date and may provide additional notice for material changes.
